Paid plans are provided as-is within published limits. Abuse, illegal content, or attacks against the platform may result in suspension.

You remain responsible for origin content and for securing API credentials issued to your account.

Custom and Enterprise contracts may supersede these terms where signed in writing.

Governing law and venue follow Altumptic entity details provided at contract time.
